Cancellation, Deposit & No-Show Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us to offer the time to another client.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
• Appointments can be rescheduled once with sufficient notice.
• Last‑minute cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit.
2. Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment time, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.
• Deposits are non‑refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours.
• If an appointment is missed without notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Some advanced treatments may require a higher deposit amount.
3. No‑Show Policy
We understand unexpected situations can arise; however, missed appointments directly impact our schedule and availability.
• No‑shows result in the loss of the deposit.
• If only a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance may be charged as a no-show fee to help cover the reserved time.
• Clients using gift vouchers will forfeit the voucher value if they do not attend.
• Repeated no‑shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
4. Payment Terms
• Payment is required at booking or before your treatment begins.
• We accept card payments, bank transfer, and valid gift vouchers.
• Refunds are not offered for completed treatments.
• Prepaid treatments or packages are valid for 3 months unless otherwise stated.
• If a treatment cannot be completed due to therapist or clinic error, a refund or voucher may be issued.
Client Etiquette
To help us provide a calm and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask clients to:
• Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in before your treatment.
• Turn phones to silent to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Complete consultation forms honestly for your safety.
• Inform us of any health changes before treatment.
• Respect our cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all clients.
