Hi, I'm Marie Knudsen.

One of the most important aspects of this journey is

following your passion to make a difference to other people's lives by improving how they feel physically, mentally and emotionally.

September 2021 Despite the fact that I adore my job, I was made redundant. Before the pandemic, I worked as a support operations manager in one of the biggest catering Company in the UK, overseeing different sites. When I was forced to leave my position due to the outbreak, I found a new one that I did not particularly love. To my surprise and delight, I found that giving massage and making my clients relax and calm after the massage made me feel great and realise my purpose.

Pamper me from head to toe is based in Woking and Guildford. We offer services for both men and women from Facial Massage, Microdermabrasion and Swedish Massage in a relaxed, Calm and comfortable environment to help you alleviate stress and to promote general well-being and relaxation. We believe that massage therapy is beneficial and for the everyone to incorporate into their busy lives to help manage stress and lead to a healthy lifestyle.

Swedish Massage | Deep Tissue Massage

90 Minute Massage - £115.00

Swedish Massage is a popular choice of massage, well known to induce a sensation of full body relaxation and a feeling of well-being. This soothing treatment works by manipulating soft tissue in the body which produce heat that stimulates the body’s vascular, lymphatic, and nervous systems. During the Massage a different level of pressure can be applied on the client’s request. You will be left feeling tension-free and restored, both physically and mentally. This treatment does wonders to help to soothe muscle aches and general soreness.

Microdermabrasion/Face, Head and Shoulder Massage

25 minute Microdermabrasion and 25 minute Face, Head and Shoulder Massage - £75.00

Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive, non-chemical treatment used by healthcare professionals to help reduce the signs of aging and even out skin tone. Microdermabrasion works by using synthetic diamond chips that exfoliate off the dead skin cells which are then vacuumed away. The removal of the dry and dull top layer of the skin improves its appearance and makes the skin look younger. The procedure lasts for about 30 minutes. Microdermabrasion is safe to use, it may cause temporary reddening of the skin for a day or two following the treatment, but it is pain-free and suitable for all skin types.

Microdermabrasion with facial/ Head and shoulder massage

You can make the most of your microdermabrasion treatment by combining it with our facial and or head and shoulder massage to increase blood circulation and have a fully relaxing experience. Facial massages help to relax your facial muscles and promote healthy skin and there is evidence that it also helps to tighten the skin. Neck and shoulder massages help to relieve built up tension in the muscles which is often caused by repetitive activities and working on the computer for long periods of time. This combination treatment will leave you feeling fresh and rejuvenated.
