A gentle, relaxing massage specially adapted to support comfort and wellbeing during pregnancy and the postnatal period. The treatment is tailored to the individual, taking into consideration the stage of pregnancy, comfort, positioning and medical history.
Please note: Pregnancy massage is only offered after the first trimester (from 13 weeks onwards). Treatment is subject to consultation and individual suitability. If the therapist identifies any concerns or considers the pregnancy or client to be higher risk, treatment may be postponed, cancelled or require medical clearance before proceeding.

A specialised, gentle massage using slow, light and rhythmic movements designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic flow and encourage relaxation. This is a very light-touch treatment and does not involve deep pressure or deep-tissue massage techniques.
If you prefer a strong or deep-pressure massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage may not be the right treatment for you. Treatment is subject to consultation and suitability based on your medical history.

Unlike traditional MLD, this treatment uses faster, more stimulating movements with medium to firmer pressure in selected areas for an invigorating, contour-focused experience.

Wood Maderotherapy is a vigorous massage technique using specially designed wooden tools. Temporary redness, tenderness or sensitivity may occur following treatment, and some clients may experience bruising, particularly in areas where firmer pressure has been used or if they bruise easily.
Please inform your therapist before treatment if you bruise easily, are taking blood-thinning medication, have a bleeding or clotting disorder, varicose veins, recent surgery or any medical condition that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Pressure will always be adapted to your comfort and individual needs.
Results and experiences vary between clients. This treatment is intended for massage, body contouring and wellbeing purposes and is not a weight-loss treatment. A consultation and contraindication check will be completed before treatment.
